PDR is a great way to remove small dents from your vehicle without having any
paint work done. Those annoying door dings caused by other car doors, shopping
carts and other objects that hit the sides of you car can be fixed. Hail damage,
falling acorns, errant baseballs and other falling objects from the
sky that dent your car can also be fixed. PDR is an alternate way to
fix small dents without repainting your car. PDR is much cheaper.
There are several myths about the PDR process. Some of these Myths include using
heat or dry ice to "pop" the dent out or using suction cups to pull the dent out.
The PDR process is done by using many different tools to work the dent back out.
**Dents are removed and generally you cannot notice where the original dent was.
This process requires a lot of training, practice, patience and skill, as well as a keen eye.
There are certain parameters that govern the effectiveness of this process.
The best results come from dents generally not larger than 2-3 inches across and
no creases or sharp indentations. The paint cannot already be cracked. Please feel free to come

HOW DOES PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR WORK?
The process uses a variety of custom made tools that manipulate the metal back
to it's original form. This is achieved after obtaining access from a range of
different entry points around the vehicle.
WHAT IS PDR?
PDR is otherwise known as paintless dent repair. This is a process used by technicians to remove small dents from the vehicle without having to use paint or bondo on the vehicle. The technicians apply pressure and leverage to the backside of the panel and massage or work the dents out keeping the very valuable factory paint intact. There is no sanding, or body fillers or painting involved.
WHAT SIZE DENTS CAN BE REPAIRED?
Most non-collision dents can be repaired. Dents caused by car doors and hail
stones are permanently removed without any signs of a repair. Larger dents, once
repaired, can only be detected by a trained eye. Most customers are completely
amazed and wish they would have known about this service sooner.
WHAT SIZE DENTS CAN BE REMOVED USING THIS PROCESS?
Our ability to remove a dent is determined more by how sharp or how deep it is and where it's located, rather than how large. As a general rule of thumb - if a dent involved any moving vehicle, it will require conventional repair because of the excessive stretch and bodyline damage.
WILL PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR CRACK THE PAINT?
No. Today's paints are very flexible and are difficult to break. In most cases,
if the paint is not broken prior to the repair, it will not break while it is
being repaired.
WHAT IF THE PAINT IS CRACKED OR CHIPPED?
What many people perceive as a chip or a scratch is often just an abrasion from what ever had impacted it. These can usually be polished or rubbed out when we remove the dent. If the paint is chipped down to the primer or steel it will have to be painted.
